Today we reviewed our business continuity plans in order to ensure MAC Solutions can maintain its essential services in these difficult times. Our customers range from critical infrastructure such as water, heat and power to pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and food production.
We have introduced home working for the vast majority of our work force and are operating a significantly reduced workforce for physical shipments. In addition to our staff, our priority at this time will be to prioritise as follows:
- Technical support calls
- Emergency break/fix shipments both software and hardware
- All other deliveries and business functions currently remain unaffected, but restrictions may come into force if supply chain limitations materialise
Our company is strong, it has been an uplifting experience seeing first-hand our staff and partners commitment to make sure we deliver for our customers in order to keep critical infrastructure running. It is really appreciated.
